Craniosacral therapy uses techniques, theory, and concepts from osteopathic medicine. It is a style of massage therapy with a gentle approach which improves the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.

The techniques used have amazing neurophysiological effects, meaning, they tap into the peripheral and central nervous systems to decrease sensations of pain and allow for greater movement. This style of therapy facilitates the body’s innate healing process to create balance within the nervous system.

This approach is ideal for supporting those with chronic or persistent pain, stress and tension, concussion management, headache and migraine symptoms and many other ailments. This treatment is billed under Registered Massage Therapy.

She quickly indulged herself in all things Chinese Medicine and continued to study in her spare time eventually becoming a dedicated full time student.

Cora believes healing takes time, commitment and patience. She strongly believes health is not just about curing but rather it is about preventing disease. She is devoted to her patient’s wellness and health goals and will do whatever she can to assist them on their healing journey.
